If your claim involves both liability for damages caused and damage to personal belongings inside your unit (if covered by your policy), you must file two separate claims:

One for liability related to the damages caused.

One for personal belongings inside your unit.
- Resident must contact LeaseTrack via phone – 800-430-8075

Filing separate claims ensures proper processing and coverage for each type of damage.
