This refers to the dates that you would like LeaseTrack to start communication with your residents regarding their renters' insurance requirements and options. For some of our clients, the date for new move-ins and renewals will be staggered based on how far in advance leases are signed. For example, you may want us to start tracking new move-ins as of 3/1 and renewals as of 5/1 since renewal agreements are signed further in advance.
